OUR EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS
The educational programs at Olive Tree Day School were created with our children’s needs in mind: to mature and develop in a safe yet stimulating environment. Take a look below to learn more about each program.
INFANT CARE
Our infant care center is now open. We have openings on Monday and Wednesday and one space on Tuesday and Thursday. Our license capacity is 4 infants, ages 0 - 2.
PRESCHOOL
Students ages 2 1/2 to 4 can be enrolled in these classes. Classes are mixed age, which means the young students and older students are together. Our teachers are trained and equipped to love and instruct your children in all aspects of our program. Some class time is spent together, whereas students will be separated based on their individual learning and curriculum needs. Preschool program follows a weekly curriculum and covers letters, shapes, numbers and colors. We incorporate table activities, centers, sensory bins and weekly projects.
MOMMY AND ME
We are so excited to have Mommy and Me classes added to our program. Children starting at 1 1/2 are welcome to join our Mommy and Me class. This one hour and 15 minute class includes a welcome song, lesson, craft, book reading and socialization for kids and Moms. This class has been put on hold until Fall of 2024.

OUR EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS
PRE - K
This class is taught by Ms. Kelly. This class schedule is Monday - Thursday, focusing on kinder prep and using the programs Learning Dynamics for reading and Handwriting without Tears for writing.

MUSIC TOGETHER®
Music Together® is a class taught by Ms. Karen. It follows a 10 week schedule, we are currently registering new families for our Fall Semester that start on October 17th. These classes are 45 minutes long and for children and infants 0-5 years of age.

Each week in Music Together Mixed – Age Classes at Olive Tree Day School, babies, toddler, preschoolers, and the grownups who love them® gather for fun – filled family music time. Your teacher will lead you and the other families in music activities ranging from lullabies to full-on jam sessions (with child friendly instruments of course!) It’s so much fun you won’t realize how much learning is taking place.

THE GARDEN
Our garden has always brought enrichment and education to our students. Our students love learning about nourishing the garden and enjoy all that the garden gives back to them.

MY GYM
​
Ms. Rae from My Gym has been visiting our school since 2019. The children love her energy and the great props she brings. She works on gross motor skills and always finishes her time with a puppet story.
